Merlin's Realm Workload and Wait times

We are being wonderfully busy. I greatly appreciate all of you! Total orders this morning: 27 (I think 27 is our record high) :)Orders shipped today: 8Orders prepped to be shipped tomorrow: 8 I am working very diligently to get all orders out as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.  Average Wait Time: 1- 3 weeks before its shipped (Wands need to be made)   Thank you, thank you, thank you. :)

We are more busy than usual, with over 450 wire-wrapped wands/items on order for Christmas.  But our retail orders are going out at a usual rate.  Current retail orders not shipped: 14 Most items shipped in: 1-2 weeks. Amulets and pyramids are shipping in: about 3 weeks.  

Current status: Short story: I'm short handed and behind.  We are behind, Retail orders are just about a week behind. But we are working hard on a few wholesale orders 6 weeks old. In addition I am the only wood worker at he moment, I am coming back into the shop in the evening for a couple hours for wood working to try and keep up. I suffer from seasonal fall allergies, so far the hay fever is making it very difficult to think clearly and move in general. This makes answering emails much much much slower. I am very...

We are currently caught up. All orders should be shipped quickly.

We are quite busy, but we are working through our orders. This morning we had 20 orders to be shipped, we finished, packed and shipped 10 of those today. Leaving just 10 orders with the oldest being from Dec 29th. The remaining 10 need something crafted for them. Custom Copper Wands, Amulets and Pyramids will take a couple weeks to complete.
